🌟 An Inspiring Story: Fulfilling Dreams
Uma Budha’s life began with deep loss and uncertainty in a remote village of Nepal. She lost her mother at a very young age, and not long after, her father disappeared while working in India. Alone and vulnerable, Uma had no one to protect or care for her.
Everything changed when she was welcomed into Apostles Children Home. Here, Uma found more than shelter—she found safety, encouragement, and a family that believed in her future.
Today, Uma is living proof that hope can rise from hardship. She has completed her three-year Ophthalmic Assistant training and is now gaining hands-on experience at an eye hospital. Once a little girl with no direction, she is now a confident young woman preparing for a meaningful career and a brighter tomorrow.
Uma’s journey is a testimony of God’s grace—and of what becomes possible when compassionate people choose to care. Your support helps turn stories of loss into stories of purpose, giving children not just survival, but a future filled with hope.
